Associate teaches equal opportunity and diversity

DLA Land and Maritime People & Culture Division

People and Culture’s own Change Management Specialist Raymond Bibb spent Aug. 18-24 training the Army National Guard during the Equal Opportunity Leadership Course at Rickenbacker Army National Guard Base.

Bibb, a captain in the Air National Guard based out of the 179th Airlift Wing in Mansfield, Ohio, has been his unit’s Director of Equal Opportunity for the past six years and loaned his skills to help the Army National Guard. This was an opportunity to build relationships between the Army and Air National Guard. Typically, the EOLC is taught only by Army equal opportunity advisors who have attended the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, a school that all branches of the military send their equal opportunity advisors to.

As a member of the People and Culture division, Bibb used his skills to bring about positive change and equality inside the Defense Logistics Agency and in the National Guard.
