DLA Director Navy Vice Adm. Michelle Skubic presents a DLA Directors coin to Eric Kelly, a DLA Land and Maritime associate. Kelly serves as an Electronics Engineer in the Electronics Product Test Center, where he performs engineering activities to include product testing on a daily basis.
