Marcel Ocampo is Bolivian-American and served 25 years in the Air Force. He graduated Basic Training in June 1987 and earned his commission in 2002. He is currently the chief of Defense Logistics Agency Energy Business Process Support Directorate’s Planning Division at DLA Headquarters on Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Courtesy photo.
