the environment, and its development among the workforces of the world.

The book reflects on technology innovation and integration. A focal point is how managers and employers must continuously learn new skills to ensure their businesses reach full potential and success.

As technology grows, so do our career opportunities. Those who are afraid of such technology will be left behind. Only those who are willing to continuously embrace technological advances will enrich themselves professionally.

Just as DLA’s Pathways to Career Excellence program develops future leaders of the agency, digital transformation understanding helps our future leaders and entrepreneurs further the agency’s success.

The book highlights agencies in Europe that have developed a skill qualification system that aids the EU labor market by offering education and training to develop organized learning skills. Organizational learning from best practices will continuously innovate workforces by creating better opportunities for development at all levels and increasing commitment and responsibility.

Developing performance-level training and skills leads to the creation of knowledge capabilities that contribute to organizational competitive advantage, stability, and employee satisfaction.

As technology has developed, natural environments have simultaneously declined. Policies have been crafted to preserve the environment and develop new technologies at the same time. Small businesses and large agencies that promote energy savings and prioritize renewable energy source can change how the environment is affected and hopefully reverse negative impacts.

Future leaders, like myself and fellow PaCE members, can further the idea of environmental sustainability.

Sustainable urbanism uses methods of energy that can maximize consumption but also produce minimal environmental impact. These methods include the use of solar panels, wind towers, and hydroelectricity. As technology continues to advance, renewable energies will become more user-friendly, cost-effective, accessible and sustainable.

This book taught me about using organizational learning and applying it toward future business issues that may arise during my career.

Employing an interdisciplinary approach benefits an agency by identifying answers to its problems. It is vital that employees have the chance to learn about cross-functional areas of the organization and are trained accordingly.

Promoting technological advancements and making training available to everyone involved in the sustainability of the environment will make the workforce more valuable to its organization. Its future leaders will be more resourceful, competent, and able to comprehend issues and provide sustainable solutions.
