DLA Aviation commander holds first Richmond town hall
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. David Sanford presents Brian Kovach, chief, Weapon Systems Support Branch, Army Customer Facing Division, Customer Operations Directorate, with the DLA Meritorious Civilian Service Award during his first Richmond town hall held in the Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, Oct. 1, 2019. Kovach earned the award while serving as the weapon systems program manager for the Army AH-64 helicopter.
