Since the beginning of the pandemic, the team has been instrumental in the process design and execution of multiple emergent non-standard missions. Their initiative and rapid process execution is critical to the success of a multi-agency mission to respond to the epidemic in an evolving landscape.
Their work synchronized pandemic response efforts across government and commercial agencies aiding in the shipment of over 266,300 doses of vaccine and over 2,600 ancillary kits as of April 5.
Despite several logistical and information technology related challenges, the commitment shown by this team has been key in support to the warfighter and the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
