Placing an order with DLA

Resource Description
FedMall FedMall provides access to requisitions, research, and tracking tools for DLA inventory. It is an eCommerce ordering system for Department of Defense, federal, state, and authorized local agencies to search for and acquire products from government reserves and commercial sources. Buyers will have access to tens of millions of individual items of supply, from centrally managed DoD and General Service Administration assets to commercial off-the-shelf products.
Customer Assistance Handbook A comprehensive guide for DLA customers for working with the agency, including contact information, program details, code descriptions, guidance on procedures and more.
FLIS/WebFLIS® WebFLIS® provides essential information about supply items including the National Stock Number (NSN), Item Name, Reference/Part Numbers, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes and other Federal logistics data. This application is only accessible by controlled access such as Common Access Card (CAC), External Certificate Authority (ECA), or Federal Bridge authentication. Users can register/obtain roles through the Access Management and Provisioning System (AMPS).
FED LOG® FED LOG® is a CD-ROM or DVD tool to retrieve management, part/reference number, supplier, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE), freight, Interchangeability and Substitutability (I&S) and characteristics information recorded against National Stock Numbers (NSN). FED LOG® also provides service unique data for additional search capabilities.
DAASINQ/eDAASINQ
(DoDAAD/eDoDAAD)
A tool for customers to maintain and update their billing and shipping information. Once on the page, use the menu to the left to look up information based on: Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC), Military Assistance Program Address Code (MAPAC), National Item Identification Number (NIIN), or Routing Identifier Code (RIC).
Reutilization, Transfers, & Donations (R/T/D)  DLA Disposition Services disposes of excess property received from the military services. The inventory changes daily and includes thousands of items. That property is first offered for reutilization within the Department of Defense, transfer to other federal agencies, or donation to state and local governments and other qualified organizations. Excess property that is not reutilized, transferred or donated may be sold to the public, and only sold if it is appropriate and safe for sale to the general public.
Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) DLA’s Law Enforcement Support Office transfers excess Department of Defense property to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies within the United States and its territories
STORES The Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES) is DLA Troop Support Subsistence's web-based ordering system that allows customers to create and receipt Subsistence products.
DMMOnline The DLA Troop Support Medical Master Online (DMMOnline) Catalog is a business portal for working with DLA Troop Support's medical supply chain. It provides access to the Prime Vendor Program, the Pharmaceuticals Program, the Medical/Surgical Program, the Equipment Program, the Readiness Program, and the Medical Electronic Catalog (ECAT). (Common Access Card required)
