Small Business Innovation Program Overview
The Small Business Innovation Program fosters technology transfer through cooperative R&D between small businesses and research institutions. We aim to increase private sector commercialization of innovations and mitigate risk with early-stage R&D projects and ideas by investing in disruptive industrial base innovation to improve cost, quality and delivery lead times.
