Form is used when a Product Specialist has text such as engineering notes, drawing, specification or standard exception information or Serial Number Reporting Requirements (SNRR) Statement of Work (SOW) information that is too lengthly to input into the Purchase Order Text of the Material Master, the text is to put on this form. This form will then be input into our Document Management System and linked to a material The document will convey the technical information to vendors.
