DLA Aviation employees remember 9/11: Richard Bullock
In commemoration of the terrorist attacks against the U.S. on Sept. 11, 2001, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation employees tell their story of where they were and what they were doing that fateful day 20-years ago. Richard Bullock is a procurement analyst within DLA Aviation’s Procurement Process Support Directorate. He was a field service representative for a medical equipment manufacturer on 9/11.
