Strategic workforce planners discuss coming fiscal year initiatives

Nov. 14, 2018 - Effectively planning for the workforce of the future is one of the greatest challenges facing the Defense Logistics Agency, a senior human resources official said in greeting strategic workforce planners at DLA Headquarters Oct. 30.

Nov. 15, 2018 - Becoming a change agent in the midst of acquisition reform was the theme of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Supply Chain Integration Dee Reardon’s visit to the McNamara Headquarters Complex, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Oct. 25. During the mentoring session, Reardon shared seven points of advice based on her personal experience as a change agent.
