Columbus Quartermaster Reserve Depot
The dedication ceremony for the Columbus Quartermaster Reserve Depot took place May 4, 1918. More than 3000 local workers would construct six building and a barracks within the first three months, and warehouse space to hold World War I supplies would eventually total nearly 800,000 feet of space at the facility outside Columbus, Ohio.
