Army Maj. Gen. John C. Harris Jr., the Adjutant General of the Ohio National Guard, spoke to more than 300 civilian and military personnel in attendance during the Defense Supply Center Columbus program held in the Operations Center Auditorium Jan. 15. This year’s theme celebrating MLK is “Still Moving Forward.”
