Navy Capt. Joshua Lancaster, director of Strategic Acquisition Programs for Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, kept carts moving from the outdoor loading dock back inside, ensuring each had a new empty cardboard box added to hold the next batch of groceries during the volunteer activity Jan. 18 at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective in Grove City, Ohio.
