Leadership academy prepares Aviation employees to take charge
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation held its Aviation Leadership Academy in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, April 16-18, 2024. This three-day event catered specifically to GS 11-13 employees aspiring to supervisory roles, bring together nearly 100 DLA Aviation personnel eager to enhance their leadership skills.
