Denison Survey Issues

By Brenda Minnema DLA Land and Maritime People and Culture

Many employees are experiencing issues with the survey links for the Denison Survey.

Some are incorrectly copying/pasting the link. The link is duplicated in the email because it is coming from a non-DoD source, Denison Consulting.

This is controlled by the Defense Information Systems Agency. We’re not able to change the way the links are distributed for security purposes.

To correctly copy the link, employees should start with https and stop before < Caution.

In regards to pasting, some employees are pasting the link into the search bar on their browser in the middle of the screen instead of the address bar at the top of the screen. The link will not work if it is pasted into the search bar. It must be pasted into the address bar.

For other employees, the link won’t open even when copied correctly into Internet Explorer. Eventually it’ll work for most employees, but there are a few surveys that won’t open in Internet Explorer. J6 is looking into the issue. We’re told it’s a system performance issue, and we’re trying to get more specific information. Once received, the information will be shared.

Please use Mozilla Firefox if Internet Explorer is not working.

Employees with thin clients already have Mozilla Firefox on their computers and can simply open the browser to take the survey the same as Internet Explorer. Employees with thick clients may need to download Mozilla Firefox from the Software Center.
