It provides employees flexibility to adapt to changing environments while achieving outstanding results.
DLA has produced a series of videos titled “Profiles in Resiliency,” to help support employees’ ability to bounce back and move forward.
Mason Chronister, a management assistant in DLA Distribution’s department of Organizational Management and J9 was born deaf and at the age of 14 developed Usher Syndrome. Usher Syndrome results in a combination of hearing loss and visual impairment. Despite his condition, Chronister has been able to work with his supervisor and coworkers to expertly execute his job.
