The TTX was attended by Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Chief of Staff Air Force Col. Janette Ketchum, DSCC Site Director Dan Bell, Land and Maritime public affairs, Defense Finance and Accounting Service - Columbus security and members of the DSCC Emergency Operations Center.

The exercise focused on a suspected letter contaminated by a biological toxin agent and included in-depth discussions of standard operating procedures for Land and Maritime command staff, dispatch, DSCC first responders and aspects of coordinating with outside federal, state and contract support agencies.

Overall, the exercise highlighted critical information for incident response actions between every element that participated in the TTX to protect life, property and the continuation of all mission requirements to support the warfighter.

Lessons learned will become part of a corrective action plan and will help DSCC be better prepared in the event of an incident on the Installation.
