Defense Logistics Agency customers can learn more about ordering from FedMall with two new videos: DLA Fast FAQs FedMall and DLA Fast FAQs FedMall Tools.
FedMall is an e-commerce site where federal, state and local government agencies purchase products and services.
“Since its launch, FedMall continues to improve and introduce new capabilities such as allowing customers to compare similar products and obtain order status. The site provides customers with a supplier’s phone number and email address for any issues, product questions or concerns,” according to the video.
Viewers will discover the various tools that help customers conduct in-depth order tracking, check the availability of supplies, gain access to Quick Start Guides and more.
