COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 8, 2019 —
The DLA Pathways to Career Excellence Program Cohort 2021B reported to Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime on Sept. 16. The class of 49 consists of 21 contracting specialists, 13 supply specialists, and 15 product specialists.
The PaCe program is a two-year training program designed to train entry-level personnel for subsequent advancement to the journey-level in professional, administrative and technological career fields. This is accomplished through on-the-job assignments, cross-training, rotational assignments and formal training such as classroom, distance learning, web-based training, conferences and seminars.
