Andrew Wood graduated from the Defense Logistics Agency Pathways to Career Excellence Program Oct. 17 in Battle Creek, Michigan. Wood will remain in Battle Creek as a property disposal specialist.

Andrew Wood graduated from the Defense Logistics Agency Pathways to Career Excellence Program Oct. 17 in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Wood will remain in Battle Creek as a property disposal specialist.

Wood worked as a property disposal specialist and property disposal technician at DLA Disposition Services in Anniston Army Depot before coming to the PaCE program.

Prior to joining DLA, Wood served eight years in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant with one deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan and mobilization for DLA Distribution Wall-to-Wall weapons mission. 

Prior to military service, Wood comes from Montana where he managed businesses including a mineral exploration project, open pit goldmining operation, and a masonry business.
