Hailing from El Paso, Texas, LS1 Lucero enlisted in 2007 and reported to DLA Maritime Pearl Harbor in January 2013. He re-enlisted for four years and will be transferring to the USS Carl Vinson, CVN 70, in January 2016.
Hailing from Agana, Guam, LS2 Smith enlisted in 2008 and reported to DLA Maritime Pearl Harbor in September 2013. He re-enlisted for four years and desires to get orders to an aircraft carrier in San Diego.
Marszalek said: “Congratulations to both LS1 Lucero and LS2 Smith on their re-enlistment. It is great to have two top performing Sailors decide to continue to stay Navy and to continue to unselfishly serve their country!”
