DLA Aviation Academy educates military and civilians about critical assets supporting the nation’s warfighters

Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Academy was held in the McKeever Auditorium on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, July 19-21.

During the three-day session, almost 40 military and civilian personnel heard from different subject matter experts in various DLA Aviation operational areas such as continuous process improvement, better buying power, weapon systems program management, procurement/eprocurement and DLA Aviation’s Captains of Industry initiatives. They were also split into groups for knowledge review sessions.
