One of three solar array of panels that is located at the microgrid test site at the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Campbell Memorial Library. The test site was installed as part of a collaborative effort between JBSA and CPS Energy to research the uses and effectiveness of microgrid technology, which can use solar power to produce energy for the library while being disconnected from the electric grid.
