Team members from DLA Troop Support Subsistence and Continuous Process Improvement Offices hold the process map created for the UGR-A process improvement project Sept. 19, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The approximately five feet long map depicts all stakeholders and processes involved in the end-to-end logistics chain for UGR-A ordering and delivery.
