DLA Remote Access System

VDI not working?

Try the following first:

  • Close all browser windows and try again.
  • If you’ve received a new CAC after July 31, 2020, or you’ve been informed your DLA account has transitioned to PIV-Auth, use the 16-digit PIV-Auth certificate when logging in, otherwise continue using the 10-digit DoD EMAIL certificate.
  • Both PIV-Auth and Email certificates may now display when logging in and the system may default to the incorrect one. Once the box to enter your PIN presents, check to see if a second certificate icon appears. Please watch our VDI certificate selection video for details and to ensure you are selecting the right certificate.
  • Review the Virtual Desktop User Guide.
  • Internet Explorer is deprecated and no longer a recommended browser for launching a VDI desktop. It is recommended to use Microsoft Edge.
