Description: There is no current GSA, DoD, or DLA form for this use case. This form is needed to standardize the way Police Officer’s (specifically 0083) conduct and score mandatory physical fitness test. Currently there is not a standardized practice or way in which test results are scored enterprise wide. However, new standards/practices will be reflected in the revised copy of DLAM 5525.
