Police Chief Marco Schmigotzki, Deputy Chief Jeremy Coulson, Deputy Chief Edward Compton will be attending the First responder 5k that is being put on by DSCC MWR. The Police Department will be represented by multiple officers running in the 5k. At the conclusion of the 5k donuts and water will be provided by the DLA Police Department. Attendees of the 5k will have the chance to dunk the Police Chief, Deputy Chief or an officer in the dunk tank.​
