Norfolk’s Sandman awarded DLA Distribution’s Field Grade Officer of the Quarter
Navy Lt. Cmdr. Brett Sandman, director of DLA Distribution Norfolk, Va., at New London, Conn., has been awarded the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Field Grade Officer of the Quarter award for third quarter, fiscal year 2015.
