DLA Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Andrew E. Busch and senior DLA Distribution officials, including DLA Distribution commander, Army Brig. Gen. Richard B. Dix, toured the future site of DLA Distribution headquarters in New Cumberland, Pa., on October 28.
