National Disability Month Observance
Kathy Tilbury poses with Duke Roscoe, a retired Marine from Atlanta, Georgia. Both received gold medals after competing in handle ball bowling during the National Veterans’ Wheelchair Games June 26 – July 2, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tilbury is a retired Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class, and currently works as a program management analyst for Defense Logistics Agency’s Office of Operations Resource and Research Analysis on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia.
