Navy Rear Adm. Peter Stamatopoulos, director, Fleet Ordnance and Supply, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, was the guest speaker at the 241st Navy birthday celebration Oct. 13, 2016 in the Center Restaurant on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. During his remarks, he shared three qualities that he feels contributes to our sailors’ successes.
