Ramona French, former chief, Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Future Plans Integration Division, wrote and performed a skit entitled “Dream Your Impossible Dream,” during a Martin Luther King, Jr. event at DLA Distribution Headquarters in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. French has retired from federal service after 42 years.
