EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska – A U.S. Air Force F-15C Eagle pilot assigned to the 67th Fighter Squadron out of Kadena Air Base, Japan, performs a sortie May 9, 2017, during NORTHERN EDGE 2017 (NE17), over the Joint Pacific-Alaska Range Complex. NE17 is Alaska’s premier joint training exercise designed to practice operations, techniques and procedures as well as enhance interoperability among the services.
