Defense Logistics Agency Director Army Lt. Gen. Darrell Williams presents a Service Award to Ruby Blackhurst to recognize her 40-year career with the agency. Blackhurst is a procurement specialist in the Strategic Acquisitions Programs Directorate at DLA Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio. Williams was at Defense Supply Center Columbus July 20 during his first Town Hall at the installation since becoming director of the agency.
