U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Kenneth Buell remains missing in action from the Vietnam War. His son, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Rick Buell, spoke of his father’s service and legacy during the Defense Supply Center Columbus’ annual POW/MIA Recognition Ceremony Sept. 15. Medals, photos and keepsakes from his father’s naval career were on display for attendees to view at the Building 20 Auditorium.
