Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Deputy Director Steven Alsup and DLA Land and Maritime Chief of Staff Janette Ketchum use the “sword of the year” to complete the ceremonial cake cutting during the Air Force’s 71st birthday celebration. The sword was a gift to Alsup from a previous assignment.
