DLA Troop Support offers Green Belt training to employees
DLA Troop Support employees learn about basic process mapping during Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training Oct. 18 in Philadelphia. Students gain analytical skills during Tthe 40-hour training course, which they must pass and then complete a continuous process improvement project to earn their Green Belt certification.
