Shooting Star award recognizes the individual accomplishments of Subsistence employees
Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Subsistence supply chain Deputy Director Rich Faso presents the Subsistence Shooting Star Award to Shannon Collins during a town hall in Philadelphia, Dec.12, 2018.
