Nigerien 1st Lt. Soumana Adamou, directorate of hydrocarbon operations, introduces the team of Indiana National Guardsmen from the Indiana State Parnership Program participating in the Hydrocarbon Exercise June 10, 2019 at the Nigerien Military and Technical School of Administration. The operation was a five-day exercise with a goal of exchanging tactic, procedures, and techniques for fuel, logistical, and maintenance operations.
