DLA Aviation ‘policy wizard’ becomes Hall of Fame member
Dorothy Jean Lohr, a DLA Aviation procurement analyst known to most as the "Wizard of Policy," was integral in DLA's transition to fully automated acquisition. She will be inducted into the DLA Hall of Fame June 26.
