Wellness program helps build teams, improve workplace culture
Craig Singleton, a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Industrial Hardware employee, reviews the many aspects of a “wellness wheel” during the IH Culture Improvement Team’s first “Wellness Wednesday” event Jan. 29, 2020, in Philadelphia. The wellness wheel is a tool used to display different aspect of wellness and is an aid for participants in the program which aims to improve workforce culture through monthly meetings focused on a variety of wellness tips and techniques shared by fellow employees.
