In a ceremony held June 11, 2021 command of DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia was passed from Navy Capt. Thomas Neville to Navy Capt. Justin Lewis. Pictured, Brig. Gen. Keith Reventlow, Commander, DLA Distribution (left) passes the organizational colors to Capt. Lewis.
