Latest survey confirms DLA Aviation’s workplace culture continues to improve
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation completed the 2020 Culture/Climate Survey with a 52% completion rate. Improvements were made in all 12 subcategories, with an average increase of 10 points. One focus area, Creating Change, showed the greatest improvement—up 16 points from a score of 67 in 2018 to a score of 83 in 2020.
