Frances Quinones is a mother of three including son Jorge Manuel pictured with his wife Nicole and children Jorge and Nico. Quinones is a longtime Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime associate being highlighted for her contributions during this year's Hispanic Heritage Month observance beginning Sept. 15.
