DSCC celebrates Arbor Day, plants 37 native trees at MWR Sports Park
Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management – Columbus Site Director Kristine Freels reads the Defense Supply Center Columbus Arbor Day Proclamation at a brief Arbor Day Celebration May 20 at the DSCC MWR Sports Park. The event celebrated the planting of 37 larger caliper native trees to augment the saplings planted there last year. The project will increase DSCC's urban forest under the Tree City USA program.
