Aviation Leadership Academy laying the foundation for future leaders
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation held its first Aviation Leadership Academy in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia Oct. 11-13, 2022. The three-day training course is designed for employees in non-supervisory paygrades of GS 11-13 aspiring to move into leadership positions.
