Lean Six Sigma training boosts problem-solving skills
Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime employees learn about the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control improvement cycle used for improving, optimizing and stabilizing business processes during a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course March 2, in Building 11 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. The course aims to give employees a voice in improving processes in multiple functional areas within DLA Land and Maritime.
