DLA Energy Americas leaders shape strategic future
Defense Logistics Agency Energy Americas shaped a strategic plan and a way forward to better support the Warfighter and nation during a Senior Leader Offsite in Houston, Texas, Feb. 22-24. Over the course of three days, the leadership team examined in-depth numerous topics including using available assessment tools and data analytics to help make supply chain decisions; tracking electronic invoicing; evaluating how renewables impact the supply chain; employing disciplined innovation; supply chain challenges in a contested environment; secure fuel missions; and supply chain vulnerabilities at strategic locations.
