Second annual Aviation Leadership Academy, building leadership through teamwork
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation held its second annual Aviation Leadership Academy in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia Apr. 18-20, 2023. More than 150 employees attended the three-day training course in person. It is designed for employees in non-supervisory paygrades of GS 11-13 aspiring to move into leadership positions.
